Creative agencies thrive on new talent, and this often means people who have just graduated and are looking for a job, or are looking for some vital industry experience. Public gives opportunities to graduates every year, and we are always extremely excited to see people come into the fold and flourish – without this development of talent, the industry would stand still, and that’s no good for anyone.

As the number of creative agencies grows and the need to fill jobs grows with it, so do the amount of recruitment consultants who service the industry. Sometimes it feels like we have been called by every last one of them – some good, some not so good and some absolutely shocking. Public has developed good working relationships with a handful of agencies, but we will not take cold calls from recruiters. We respect that there are people out there trying to make a living, but that does not justify the amount of calls we take on a weekly basis by numerous recruiters telling us how amazing they are. If you wish to offer Public your services then please feel free to send us an introductory email telling us about you and your business. But please do not phone us because, with the best will in the world, we do not have the time to listen to your pitch and, chances are, we wouldn’t believe you anyway.
